Core temperature monitoring by capsule

ANIPILL is a wireless device allowing the continuous monitoring of animal's core temperature. A single capsule size is available for a wide variety of animals, implantable or ingestible depending on the species. This capsule can also be used in small rodents, rats or mice, after implantation by surgery. The operation is very intuitive, you will only need an activator and a monitor. The monitor provides temperature display and 2000 data storage. It can display simultaneously the values ​​of 8 capsules. Data export is then possible using the dedicated software.

The measurement period can be changed throughout the experiment: 1 min, 2 min, 5 min, 15 min or 1 h.

Event markers are accessible from the monitor and remain in its memory. The capsules do not need to be nearby.

The capsule has a battery life that can range from 20 days to 10 months, depending on the sampling period chosen. It is delivered sterilized and deactivated.

Several animals can be in the same cage without interference.
