Those anesthetic masks are specifically designed to fit most stereotaxic frame. They are locked onto the adaptor with the cone opening toward the open "U". The animal's teeth is placed over the incisor bar.

This kind of mask is called "active" ; it can thus be used with our gas evacuation apparatus. It has separate (non-collinear) inlet and outlet on both sides.
